So I’ve talked before on here, about a man I’ve been talking to for almost 5 months. We Met online and have been talking on the phone since, as well as exchanging pictures. We have found out so much about each other and created such a bond. I’m not in love yet, but I feel myself slipping at times. We are spending the first week of July vacationing together. This will be the first time we will ever be meeting face to face. As long as we still have the same chemistry, I know this will lead to something incredibly amazing!!! He is honestly the most wonderful man I’ve never met, lol. His views on women and how they should be taken care of, the way he was raised to treat them, his heart, and even the peace I find in his calming voice! It’s all so enticing!
Anyway, I need a nice gift to give him when we meet. I have bought him a cute little card, to thank him for the trip. I am a Jersey girl… and he is a Marine in the carolinas. I was thinking about having a friend take a picture of me on the beach with like a “Thanks Hun” or “From your Jersey Girl” written in the sand!? PLEASE help with ideas, anything associated with Jersey will be cute and help. Even if you can think of something different I could write in the sand…. just try to keep it short! hehe!!
My friends said to get him like a t-shirt or hat…. but I don’t think he’d like that, or even wear it. But pictures are usually always good.
hehe… I’m a girl, looking for a gift for my man-friend, lol.
How big in the sand? I was thinking like 4-5 feet wide…. but should it be bigger than that?
Also…. we are meeting at one of the most public places in the world…. the airport lol.

I totally agree with Mason, on the beach idea!
You could go with the whole writing in the sand, or
you could set up a lil’ picnic of some sort?? How
about flowers? Men might not always receive
them, but im sure your guy might not mind such
a sweet surprise. Especially if its not so common.

You said that you’re exchanging pictures with him, right? Maybe you can have a picture frame having both of your pictures. You can also write a poem for him. Or you can try the romantic ideas for first date here
